It's been ages since my last post in this blog. I just want to share this new craze that i've discovered, if you haven't heard already. Hallo Hallo Mall, is basically an online shopping mall where there are lot of shops and products to choose from, here's the
site. The good news is they have a point system and they support almost all types of payment system. It is also buyer-protected, you buy from hallohallomall and after you receive the items with a maximum of 10 days after shipment-that's the only time the shop owner gets paid. Should you have not receive the item before the 10th day,call or email customer service immediately.
As for the point system, here's a tip, before registering like them on facebook first (there's a like button at the top of the page site) then register - you will get 300 points which you can use on your first purchase instantly. There's more, open your account everyday and you will get 5 points. When you visit 20 times per month, you will get 100 points. And Browse through the items for a chance to get points on their treasure hunt games. 1 point = 1 peso - Nothing to lose, more to gain...right?
I got a lot of items there for free, in just 3 months. Try to buy from one shop to save on shipping, if it support combined shipping like this . It means you can buy 3 items from the shop and you'll pay one shipping fee only.

Really? Saan mo po nabasa? Kasi madami na ko na order sa kanila, dumadating naman. May isang delay, it turns out the seller was not replying so they refunded me.

saw the website, very poor presentation, old stocks ang items, check LAZADA and A-DEALS very far from this hallo hallo mall. these websites are high ends and with class good service and popular even with celebs like tim yap and lucky manzano. try LAZADA instead. di pa kayo made depress at mai scam :)
i was scammed. i registered got free points saw an item ordered and pay the rest via paypal. after weeks of waiting it was cancelled and they never returned my money. worst i was blocked and tagged as fraud. holly shit ! this website and their employees should be burn in hell for scamming filipinos. heard that this is a japanese owned and run by a muslim woman and uncertain sexual preferences managers. damn! another thing. i ordered in Zalora last week and lucky to spoke to a certain 'Ney' she said she is a former hallo hallo mall employee but resigned bcoz this company has no future :) actually 3 raw sila dun sa zalora na galing ng hallo hallo mall and she is the one responsible for business development team. nakausap ko siya bcoz their csr's are all engaged then un na dial ko eh sa department nila napunta, very professional ang tone ng voice and she did not say anything agains hallo hallo mall but told me na i should contact the seller prior ordering :) WOW if good employees like her leaves hallo hallo mall..means this company/management really has problems.
Lucky me, i already got 10 items from this site 7 of them are free. Some sellers might be bogus sellers.
I'm sure the one who destroys the image of hallo hallo mall.com is from other other online store so that the buyer will go to their site. Besides recommended ko talaga ang HALLO HALLO MALL.COM. Trust me amazing talaga sa site na ito. Two thumbs up ako sa HALLO HALLO MALL.COM.
Ako naman very satisfied so far. Muka namang maayos :) i love their points system by the way..ang dami kong nakuahnag items for free in my 6 months with them :)
wow! buti pa yung mga naka-order gamit yung points nila, nareceived nila yung item. samantalang yung iba na nagbayad gamit ang cash, hindi na nga nareceived yung item, hindi pa isinoli yung pera.
That is the part which is confusing. While others who ordered using points received their items, those paying using cash don't get their items and worse, they don't get a refund like what had happened to me. I've been trying to contact them through e-mail and phone number but can't get any response. They don't even provide a company address where you can go and lodge a complain. I'm not sure if there's an inside job in there, with what's happening with items and money, or the company itself is really is a scam. But this one should really be check by DTI or any government agency that handle this kind of fraudalent company.
more horrible experiences from hallo hallo mallo than positive ones... don't take your chances. i recommend lazada, zalora, cheapdito, a-deal, ebay philippines, etc. especially those who avail you COD privilege, the safest and nothing to lost, you can expect, accept, reject your items before paying for it. again beware!!! hallo hallo mall is not onliner buyers friendly... don't take your chances.

hallo-hallo mall a scam? you gotta be kidding me... i got my items on time and guess what, i only use my points to buy it.
seems like the commenters who says that they received their orders from points ..hmmm ahhh naisip ko lang yung ibang review site na may pakawala sila o parang crisis staffs who replies and comments positively for halo halo mall..maybe sila itong mga nag co comment na ito..BOOOOOO madaya kayo...bumagsak sana business ninyo..anyway hindi naman ito kumpanya ng Pilipino eh..mga hapon na mandarambong at rapist..yung manager pa daw dito eh kabit nung hapon na may ari..
Or some negative reviews may have been from others websites/company, you'll never know... mixed reviews are sometimes a good thing right? As for me, i already tried order with point and sometimes with payment and no problem except for the countdown which i have to wait for more than a month but hey- got it half the price, so i guess that makes up for the delay.
I for one, also have bad experienced with the site. I ordered a tablet for P8990.00 paid thru credit card of my friend. They emailed me and told me it was fraud, and I need to send some requirements to justify that I have the right to use the credit card. I send 3 ids of my friend and also the credit card photo as well (but I covered the security code at the back). I though it was ok, so I was excited for the tablet that I ordered.
but the next day they ask for further info, like billing statement, authorization letter and more ids, failure to comply within 24 hours will result to cancellation of order,
so I have it cancelled cause my friend and I will not see each other for 3 days.
The bad thing is, they already charge the card, which they said is fraud.
And was told that i will be refunded after 15 banking days.
I check sites and reviews and found out that there are so many customers who are not refunded. so I keep on waiting now, what should I do?

I have Bad experience with Hallohallo mall,
I use hallo before and bought things which I got a discount because of the free credits daily.
I recommended it to my siblings and inlaws.
Suddenly one day, I was shock that everytime I log-in , they subtracted my credits. I posted an issue and they resolve it but just half of the amount. for no reason, so I just spent it and never logged in again.
just last week, I saw a post which I like, and I decided to log back in.
I found out that my account is already disabled.
I sent an email asking why..
and they told me that my account is under investigation because of the address
then they sent me another email that they updated my profile -
"they put it to another city" <- how stupid is that?
so I emailed them again telling them that as far as I know before, We are 4 in this building using hallohallo as we live in a condo type home. It's given that we have the same address. How can that be hard to understand?
I also asked them , Of all account why they chose mine? When I already bought something using my paypal before. and I'm one of the first in this household to use the site.
how could they penalized a paying customer for no reason?
until now no reply..
so beware if you use this site, your credit might all be lost one day for no reason.

halatang namang pakana ng mga taga lazada, zalora,etc mga rival company yung mga negative comments eh. parang iisang tao lng ngpopost. Ang scammer, kahit saan meron yan. Nasa tao ang pagiingat. Huwag nalang kayong bumili ng mga masyadong mamahalin online.
Nakukuha ko naman yung orders ko except yung isang beses diniliver naman ng LBC yung item, wala lang akong money nun kaya sabi ko saka ko na lang irereceive. Hindi na siya nadeliver ulit but it's okay. COD naman yun so walang mawawala. Matagal lang talaga yung shipping ng items. Pero ok naman nakuha ko naman sa mababang halaga
